he Stroud Foundation was established in honor of Lee Ann Stroud, who passed away from Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP) in August 2008, at the age of 56. During her eight month battle, Lee Ann exemplified what it meant to be a giving person- even while facing the most challenging of circumstances. Her family decided to honor Lee Ann's "pay-it-forward" attitude by helping to put an end to CUP, so that cancer patients and doctors alike can have an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
